Overview
Sidequest is a gamified social app. You get quests from an AI companion and friends, then complete them by capturing photo proof. The app has AI-generated avatars (custom LoRA trained on Flux), points and leaderboards, and a feed of friends' completed quests.
Role
I designed the full mobile experience: avatar home screen, quest inbox, camera capture flow, and social feed.
This was part of Enhanced Reality Inc., where I raised $200K in angel funding on self-built prototypes and recruited 2 engineers to ship across mobile, AR glasses, and VR.
Results
30% Day-30 retention in beta.
