AI-enhanced dashboard tools for large health systems to optimize resource allocation and reduce physician burnout.
Overview
Large health systems face rising costs, physician burnout, over-utilized emergency resources, and declining patient care. Most lack visibility into where resources are misallocated.
Role
Working with a team I met at Uber, I was the sole designer on the product. I ran customer interviews with health system administrators, translated findings into product concepts, and designed the dashboard interfaces.
Results
The dashboards helped health systems identify resource imbalances and reallocation opportunities. Codex used these designs to secure early customers and funding.
